GM-HP · 110TBottom-Acting Drawing Presses
Four-column drawing presses with a fully automatic cycle, for forming pots, lids and similar deep parts from below.
Hydraulic, servo, eccentric and pneumatic presses; deep drawing and industrial dies; turning and milling. From a 1-ton workshop press to a 1000-ton production-line press, we design the machine and the die that runs on it in the same workshop, and build them to exact dimensions.

Gülsu Makina is a machine builder in Dulkadiroğlu, Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye, manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, cutting and deep drawing dies, and carrying out all kinds of turning and milling work. We combine more than 19 years of experience with an engineering-driven approach to manufacturing.
The same team welds the frame, turns the columns, plumbs the hydraulic unit and mills the die. We listen to the customer's product and design the press and the die together around it, so the machine and the die fit from day one and commissioning is short.
Academic collaboration: We take an active part in university projects and give priority to academic work. We build presses, dies and test rigs for research teams in our own workshop.
Built to exact dimensions: Every part is machined to the dimensions on its drawing and checked before assembly. Out-of-tolerance parts never reach the assembly.
We use 3D modelling and finite element analysis (FEA) at the design stage and verify the frame under load before manufacturing starts. On the control side, PLCs and touch-screen operator panels give recipe-based, repeatable production.

Four-column frame with the main hydraulic cylinder on top and the drawing unit below. The frame is built from high-quality 1060 steel. The blank is placed in the die, forming is done from below, and ejector pins lift the finished part onto the table.
Every machine is designed around the customer's part, capacity and line. The machines below were built in our workshop; dimensions and capacity are set per order.
GM-HP · 110TFour-column drawing presses with a fully automatic cycle, for forming pots, lids and similar deep parts from below.
GM-SVServo-driven spinning head, touch-screen operator panel and stored recipes. It repeats the same dimension on every part in series production.
GM-HFEnclosed hydraulic presses with PLC and touch screen, from a 20-ton model to a model with adjustable force between 1 and 150 tons; with pressure gauge, foot pedal and a guarded work area.
GM-4KColumn-guided hydraulic presses for cutting, bending, forming and assembly. Table size and stroke are set by the job.
GM-COpen-gap frame with access from three sides, T-slot table, two-hand control and an FEA-verified frame design.
Mechanical presses driven by a flywheel and eccentric shaft, for cutting, punching and high-volume sheet forming that needs a high stroke rate.
GM-PNFast column-guided presses with pneumatic cylinders, used in drawing and edge-finishing stations, riveting, marking and light cutting.
GM-KKFully automatic edge trimming and beading machines, including models combined with rim cutting; the finishing station of pot, bowl and lid lines.
GM-DHGear-motor driven rolling mills with patterned rolls that emboss a pattern into strip material.
GM-EKCuts circles from chrome, steel, aluminium and copper sheet from 0.30 mm up to 5 mm thick, depending on the model. Rim trimming models cut the edge of drawn parts to size.
GM-MHCompact hand-pump presses with pressure gauge, for university laboratories, sample preparation and small workshop jobs.
Bring us your part drawing or a sample and we will decide on the press, the die and the automation together, from concept to commissioning.
We make industrial dies for every press class from 1 to 1000 tons. Die components are turned and milled to exact dimensions, and every die is tried out on a press before delivery.

Every stage is done in the same workshop by the same team. Click a stage to watch the video from that point.
We build every machine in the computer before we build it in steel. The frame is analysed under load, parts reach the workshop with manufacturing drawings, and the control software is developed together with the machine.

The frame is checked for deformation and stress under working load. Weak spots are found before manufacturing and reinforced on the drawing.

Parametric models and production-ready drawing sets mean every part is made to size.

Touch-screen operator panel, stored recipes and safety chain.

Position- and speed-controlled servo spinning for repeatable dimensions.

Fine workmanship on pattern rolls and die surfaces.
3D models of presses we drew in-house. Parts drop into place from largest to smallest; every video was generated directly from our own SolidWorks assembly file.
